Orders, payments and returns

Confirmed orders includes paid purchases and explicitly confirmed free purchases. A free purchase is not a payment and does not increase received money.

Order summary shows:

  • Created, completed and cancelled orders by the date of each action. Creation and completion can fall in different months.
  • Payments, free orders and refunded orders separately.
  • Paying players: distinct registered players with a positive payment. Repeat purchases do not increase the player count.
  • Average payment: received money divided by the number of payments. Free orders do not lower the average. The largest payment is shown separately.
  • The amount before price adjustments, discounts and surcharges.
Free confirmations are separate from payments; main and bonus balances are shown individually.

Payment source separates main balance, bonus balance and direct payments. A return belongs to its return date, not the purchase date. After returns is received money minus money returned during the selected period and can be negative.

Charts and calendar

Payments and returns over time shows the amounts for each interval. Average payment over time has values only for intervals with payments.

Payments and returns use their own dates; days without payments remain in the calendar.

Expand Values by period for exact amounts and order counts. Change Group by to compare months or years. The first and last intervals may cover only part of a month or year.

Charts and expanded values for the same selected dates.

Activity and comparisons

By time

By hour (UTC) combines the same hour across all selected days. By weekday (UTC) compares weekdays and weekends. These are not limited to today's purchases.

All rows use the selected dates and currency.

By game server

Compare payment counts, received amounts, returns and average payments. Whole project means purchases without an individual server, not a repeated total of the server rows.

Service activity on Essence.

Top buyers

Up to ten registered players with the largest purchase amounts. Click a player to open their profile.

Repeat purchases are grouped by player and returns are shown separately.

By service type

Offers with the same purpose are grouped together, such as clearing karma or PK count. Different offers of one type can have different prices.

Demand and amounts for karma and PK-count services.

Service offers

Most purchased services shows up to ten offers with the most confirmed orders.

Both paid and free orders count as purchases.

The full Services list shows the name, type, project, server, confirmed orders, payments, received money, returns and average payment for each offer.

Individual offers and exact amounts for the selected dates.

Use Previous and Next to change pages. View purchases opens the journal for that service. Historical amounts use the price at purchase time, even if the current price has changed.

Loading problems

  1. Check the period, project, server and currency.
  2. If recent orders are still being added, wait for automatic refresh or click Refresh.
  3. If the selection has changed or expired, refresh the report and start paging again.
  4. If the report is too large, select one project or a shorter period.

Use the service journal to inspect an individual purchase. Refreshing a report does not execute a service again.
