Marketing
The Marketing section prepares campaign recipients and measures acquisition sources. It is part of the core control panel and does not require a separate marketing add-on.
The overview shows saved audiences, created exports, recipients in successful CSV files, and acquisition results for selected dates.
Recommended workflow
- Create an audience and select its project, game servers, and criteria.
- Run the preview and verify the recipient count.
- Create a CSV export after checking the criteria.
- Download the file or use a connected delivery channel.
The report uses registration tags and subsequent payments. Select registration dates, a payment observation date, project, server and currency. Filter by exact source, medium or campaign, include untagged registrations and traverse every group. Cards cover all matching groups, not just the page.
Defaults are the last 30 registration days and observation through today. Custom dates and entire years are available. Currencies are not combined. Receipts are neither profit nor ROI: advertising costs, fees and refunds are not deducted.
Every field, calculation and state is explained in Marketing performance. This is the same report with Marketing view permission. An unavailable report shows an error, not fabricated zero counts.
Exported recipients sum successfully generated files, including expired downloads. One address in two files counts twice; this is not a unique-subscriber count. Failed and unfinished exports do not increase this counter.
