Payment System

This section manages game-project payment acceptance. Platform subscription payments and the team balance remain under Billing.

Features​

Open Payment System in the sidebar. It contains:

  • Provider accounts - external connections, credentials, and readiness checks.
  • Payment methods - customer-facing labels and game-server availability.
  • Routing rules - method selection by purpose, asset, country, and amount.
  • Pricing policies - exact conversion, bounds, rounding, and fees.
  • Top-up promotions - percentage rules by period and applicability.
  • Purchase recovery - reward settings, case review and staff decision history.
  • Operations - metrics, payment history, and administrative actions.
  • In-game currency - currency offers delivered to an account or character.

Payment Statistics​

The top cards show payment states. Select dates, a status, and a payment purpose in the filters, then click the filter icon button. Search can find an operation by ID, reference, provider, or payment method.

Below the filters, Currency totals and Monthly settlements show settlement counts, received amounts, fees, and amounts to credit. The first table groups figures by currency; the second groups them by month and currency. The payment list below includes the purpose, payer, amount, status, and payment method.

Payment states, summary amounts, and the operation list

When comparing figures with a provider report, use the same period and currency. Check the payment status: an operation appearing in the list does not by itself mean that payment is complete.

Setup Order​

  1. Create a provider account, store its credentials, and check the connection.
  2. Configure a payment method and its game-server availability.
  3. Add a pricing policy and routing rule.
  4. Make a minimum-value payment and find the operation in statistics.
  5. Configure top-up promotions and in-game currency if required.
  6. Verify available methods, the final price, delivery, and history in a regular player's cabinet.

Do not enable a live route until its credentials, asset, amount bounds, final calculation, and successful test operation have been verified.
