Awaiting registration

What it shows

Open Journal -> Awaiting registration. This page lists active requests whose email confirmation has not finished. A request disappears after successful registration or when it expires.

This is a current list, not a history of all registrations. Selecting a past month or year does not bring completed or expired requests back.

Filters

Field	How it applies
Project	All projects in your team, or one selected project.
Email or part of the address	Search for a complete email or a fragment. An empty field includes every address.
Status	All requests, requests awaiting confirmation, or requests being processed.
Period	A preset or custom request creation dates.
Created from (UTC), Through (UTC)	Both dates are included. Yesterday and today are selected initially.
Rows per page	25, 50 or 100 requests. Summary counts cover the entire selection, not just the visible page.

All filters apply together. The circular-arrow button applies changes and refreshes the result; reset restores the initial values. Applied filters are saved in the page address and restored when you reopen it.

The selected project, email fragment and status match one active request.

Counts and statuses

Count	Meaning
Active requests	All active requests matching the filters.
Awaiting confirmation	Requests for which confirmation is not currently being processed.
Being processed	Confirmation has started but account creation has not finished.

Awaiting confirmation: the player can continue using the code in their email. If processing fails, the request becomes available for another attempt. If processing is interrupted, its lock expires after five minutes, as long as the request itself has not expired.

Being processed: the player submitted a valid code and registration is running. The row disappears after successful completion. Selecting only this status makes the awaiting count zero.

A real confirmation during account creation: one request is being processed, with none awaiting in this selection.

List fields

Column	Content
Email, IP and language	The player's email, request IP and selected language.
Project and server	Project and selected server names. No server selected means no available server selection is associated with the request.
Game account	The requested name with its prefix. Not requested means game account creation was not requested during registration.
Status	Awaiting confirmation or being processed.
Created (UTC)	Creation time of the active request. Submitting registration again replaces the previous request for that email.
Expires (UTC)	The confirmation deadline. A request is valid for 24 hours.

Refreshing and pages

Requests are ordered from newest to oldest. Previous and Next appear when more pages are available. The list remains current: completed or expired requests can disappear between page changes. Refresh the first page to see new requests.

The first page refreshes every 30 seconds while you are not editing filters. If a page expires or its filters change, refresh the list. Loading errors are displayed separately, without stale rows or misleading zero counts.

An empty search result is explicit and distinct from a loading error.
