Columns and details

Purchase includes the category, ID and last activity time. Buyer shows the player or guest and server. The remaining columns are Status, Payment source and Purchase total. Use the eye button at the end of a row to open details. Selecting a registered buyer opens their profile.

Details show available creation, payment, confirmation, completion, cancellation and refund dates separately. A missing date is not replaced by another action's date.

Purchase lines show amounts before order-wide discounts and surcharges. The adjusted total and debit allocation appear above, under Payment breakdown.

Payment source identifies a Free purchase.

A VIP attempt means that an available VIP attempt was used. It is distinct from both a free purchase and a discounted purchase.

The reward and outcome are shown without a balance debit.

Incomplete details and empty results

When purchase details are not yet confirmed, the dialog shows a notice. Refresh the journal; if the state persists, inspect the purchase and its completion.

A notice replaces the incomplete purchase contents.

When no purchases match, an empty result is shown. Check the period and currency, remove the status or category filter, then search again.

No purchase with this ID matches the selected period.

If the journal asks you to refresh the list, restart browsing. Use Retry after a temporary loading error.
