Users
Users is a sidebar group rather than a single page. It contains 13 working entries divided into three blocks. Each administrator sees only the entries permitted by their access policy.
Menu structure
Personal
- My Profile - the current administrator's personal data, security, social profiles, and activity history.
Groups & Permissions
- Administrator Groups - baseline permission sets for roles and teams.
- Individual Permissions - administrator-specific restrictions by project and object.
- Administrators - staff accounts, assigned groups, and access state.

Users
- User List - find a master account and open its profile; this page is shown below.
- User Search - advanced search by email, IP, game login, character, fingerprint, project, or server.
- Player Balances - inspect and manually adjust payment balances.
- Referral Program - invitation rules, rewards, and analytics.
- VIP Program - members, levels, benefits, progress, sources, and ledger.
- Player Support - tickets, categories, macros, moderation, attachments, and integrations.
- Bonus Codes - create codes that deliver balance or items.
- Gift Codes - configure the program, denominations, and purchase history.
- Game Account Transfer - verify owners and move an account between master accounts.
User list
Open Users -> User List. Search directly or filter by registration date, last sign-in, project, and email confirmation.
Selected player profile
User Profile is not another entry in the main menu. It opens after selecting a player from the list or search results and has its own 15-page subnavigation. Every record and administrative action inside the profile remains scoped to that selected master account.
