Bonus Balances

Purpose

This journal combines each player's current bonus balance with the grants that compose it. It reconciles amount, source, consumption, and upcoming expiration without mixing bonus funds with the regular balance.

A balance can apply project-wide or to one game server. Filters limit the project, scope, player, and page size.

Summary

  • Players is the number of matching bonus-balance owners.
  • Available is the amount that can be spent now.
  • Granted is the original amount of recorded grants.
  • Spent is the consumed portion of those grants.
  • Scheduled to expire is the unused remainder of active grants that have an expiration time.

The table shows the player, balance scope, available, granted, and spent amounts, plus the nearest expiration. Search accepts an email address or player ID. The history button opens the composition of the selected balance.

Grant history

Each history row contains its source, state, original amount, consumed and expired portions, remainder, and expiration time. Sources include Payment bonus, Bonus code, and Promotion.

  • Active means the grant still has an available remainder.
  • Consumed means its available remainder has been used.
  • Expired means the unused portion reached the end of its validity period.

Reconciliation workflow

Start with the balance scope and available amount, then open its history. For a discrepancy, inspect each grant source, its Consumed and Expired amounts, and the nearest expiration. This separates expected spending or expiration from an incorrect grant.
