All currencies, separately shows an independent total for each currency. Detailed figures below use the first available currency. Click its name or select another currency in the filter to view that currency's charts. Different currencies are not added together or converted at today's rate.

Paid currency may differ from the project's balance unit. A USD payment and an ELX credit have separate amounts in payment details.

Summary

Received totals confirmed payments within the selected dates. After provider fees subtracts reported payment-provider fees. It is not project profit or a total after refunds.

Refunded and Lost disputes are separate amounts dated by their respective operations. They may concern payments from earlier periods. Open disputes at period end shows unresolved disputes at the selected end date.

Receipts, refunds and disputes have separate measures.
MeasureMeaning
Paid paymentsConfirmed payments, not created requests.
Paying playersDifferent registered players who paid. Repeat payments do not add another player.
From guests / Guest paymentsGuest amounts and counts, separate from registered players.
Average paymentReceived amount divided by payment count.
Average per paying playerAmount from registered players divided by their count.
Smallest / Largest paymentThe smallest and largest confirmed amounts.
Median / 75th / 95th percentileBoundaries for understanding typical and larger payments. The median divides payments into two halves.

Entries needing reviewSome details disagree. Find the payment in the journal and inspect it.

A player participating in several projects is counted separately in each. Guests do not increase the registered-payer count. Where an average has no applicable payments, Not available is shown instead of a zero amount.

Charts and periods

Receipts, refunds and lost disputes has three separate series. Expand Period values for exact amounts and payment counts. Empty intervals remain on the timeline.

All series use the selected dates and currency.

Grouping changes chart intervals, not the overall date range. For longer history, choose months, years or automatic grouping. The first and last intervals may be partial.

Earlier dates can be selected, but they do not restore missing history.

First-time and returning payers

First-time payers made their first recorded payment in the project during the relevant period. Returning payers had paid before its start. Selecting another server, method or currency does not make an existing payer new.

The chart makes this distinction for each interval. Monthly player counts therefore cannot be added to obtain the number of different players for a year.

Average amounts and player counts use separate charts.

Purposes and methods

By purpose compares balance top-ups and direct purchases.

Payment counts, receipts, refunds and average amounts.

Receipts by payment method shows changes over time. By payment method shows totals for the selected period.

Each payment method has its own series.
Select a method in the filters to inspect it separately.

Servers and payment times

By project and server compares game servers. Project-wide means a payment without an individual server, not another grand total.

Amounts use the selected paid currency.

By hour (UTC) combines the same hours across selected days. By weekday (UTC) compares weekdays and weekends.

Times use UTC.
Selected project, server, dates and currency still apply.

A player's payments

Top paying players lists up to ten registered players with the largest amounts. The row button opens the journal for that player and currency.

Find another player by ID or email in the filters.

When the report cannot load

Check the dates, project and currency. For an oversized selection, choose one project, a shorter period or wider chart intervals. If recent changes are still being added, wait or use refresh.

See the payment journal for receipts, bonuses, refunds and disputes.
