Clan Donations

The report shows payment activity for the current members of a selected clan. It helps assess a clan's contribution and identify its most active payers without manually matching game accounts.

Open Journals -> Clan Donations, then select a game server in the project.

Build a report​

Select a clan and a period of up to 366 days, then select Build report. The clan list and current roster are loaded from the selected game server.

The report includes:

  • game accounts in the current clan roster;
  • members linked to player cabinet accounts;
  • completed payments and unique payers;
  • total, average, and median payment values for each currency;
  • up to 100 members ranked by payment total.

Select a project and game server to view their payments.

When no data is shown​

Verify that the game server is available, clan characters have game accounts, and those accounts are linked to player cabinet users. An empty report can also mean that clan members made no completed payments during the selected period.

Access permissions​

The Clan Donations permission belongs to the Journals module and can be granted independently from other reports. This feature is part of the core and does not require an add-on purchase or activation.
