Item Monitoring
Item Monitoring shows which characters hold selected game items. Use it to monitor rare items, large currency balances, and changes in the game economy.
Open Journal -> Item Monitoring. The list shows available game servers and the number of configured items.
Configuration
Select the settings button for a server. Enter up to 100 unique positive IDs separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks, then save the changes.
The list is configured independently for each project and game server. Changes made for one server do not affect the others.
Report
Select the view button. The summary shows the number of tracked items, holders, and total units found. Each item section lists its holders, quantity, and enchant level.
If the selected game server driver does not support monitoring, the panel displays a clear status message. Settings remain saved while the game database is temporarily unavailable, so the report can be reopened after the connection is restored.
Access permissions
Administrator groups have two independent permissions:
- Item Monitoring - view the server list and reports.
- Manage Item Monitoring - change the configured item IDs.
An administrator can therefore review reports without being allowed to change the configuration.
