Player Ratings
Overview
Open Journal -> Player ratings. The report contains scores from 1 to 5 for the project, game server, shop and support. The summary shows answers, players and the average score. The average includes every selected answer, so categories with more answers have a greater effect on it.
The category table shows the distribution of scores. The chart shows the average for each interval; periods without answers remain empty. The answer list includes the date, player, server, category and score. Player links open their profiles when profile access is available.
Filters
Choose a project, game server, period, chart interval, category and score. To find one player's answers, select a project first and then enter the player ID. The default period is the last 30 days; custom dates are available. Both boundary dates are included in UTC.
Use the funnel button to apply filters. Reset restores the initial selection. The row limit changes the list size; Previous and Next move through answers without changing the period summary.
An empty result has its own state, without replacing a missing average with zero. Retry later if the report is unavailable. An updating notice means that recent answers may still appear.
Player Account
Your ratings appears when new questions are available. Questions can follow creating a game account, selecting a server, updating a profile, topping up, making a purchase, receiving items or closing a support ticket. Another question in the same category requires a new qualifying action and at least seven days since the previous invitation.
The player chooses a score from 1 to 5 for one or more questions and selects Send ratings. Answering every question at once is optional. Submitted scores cannot be changed.
After the last answer, the page shows a completed state. The menu entry disappears until new questions become available. A support rating here is separate from marking a specific ticket reply as Helpful / Not helpful.
Project And Server Ratings
The project and game-server lists show their average rating for the last 30 days. The badge tooltip includes the answer count. No badge is shown when there are no answers.
The game-server list uses answers in the Game server category.
Cleanup
Open Projects -> Projects -> Wipe Data for the project. Choose one of the two mutually exclusive rating options:
- Unanswered evaluation invitations removes questions without answers. Accepted ratings, history and the rating badge are retained.
- All evaluation invitations and answers removes questions and answers. Reports and rating badges update after cleanup. New player actions can produce new questions.
Check the selected option and record count before confirming. Deletion cannot be undone. Full reset: master accounts and related data also removes all invitations and ratings.
