Player Support
The Player Support section combines access state, tickets for the selected user, and the staff activity history.
Support access
The top section shows an active restriction, its reason, author, and expiration. Removing a restriction requires a separate reason; both the original restriction reason and the removal reason remain in the history.
When no restriction is active, an administrator with the required permission can create a temporary or permanent restriction. Verify the selected user and expiration before saving.
Tickets
The table shows subject, category, server, status, priority, message count, and latest activity. Search and status filters apply only to the current user's tickets.
Open an existing ticket when the issue is already being handled. Do not create a duplicate request for the same problem.
Activity history
The lower table contains status changes, staff replies, restrictions, and removals. Administrative actions remain in the audit history after their current state changes.
A support restriction does not block cabinet access or game accounts. Use it only to control the ability to create and continue support requests.
