Player Activity History
Open Users -> User List -> player profile -> Activity. This page contains events for the selected player only. Viewing it requires access to player logs.
Period and Search
The default period is the last 30 days. Select a different period and press Refresh to find earlier events.
| Field | Selection |
|---|---|
| Period | Today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this year, last year, or custom dates. |
| From (UTC), Through (UTC) | Both boundary days are included. A period may span several years; future events are not included. |
| Name, account, character, order or IP | A purchase or reward name, game login, character name, record or order number, or IP address. Partial values are supported and matching is case-insensitive. |
| Source | All sources, Account, Game or Payments. This filter is combined with the period and search. |
| Events per page | 25, 50 or 100 rows. |
| Reset Filters | Restore the last 30 days, all sources, an empty search and 25 rows. |
| Refresh | Apply the filters and return to the first page. |
Filters are stored in the page address. Reloading opens the first page with those same filters.
Event Table
Newest events appear first. The count covers the whole selected period and filters, not just the visible page.
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Source | Account: player access and settings. Game: purchases, rewards and game actions. Payments: payments, credits and refunds. |
| Operation | Event name. Payment events also display the order number. |
| Server | The event's game server. Events not associated with an individual server show no value. |
| IP | The address recorded for the event, which may differ from the player's latest IP. |
| Date | Event time in the panel's time zone. Period filters use UTC boundaries. |
| Actions | Expand details below the corresponding row. Click again to close them. |
Details can include the game account and character, record number, purchase name, original price, amount paid, reward and quantity, enchant level or a VIP-attempt indicator. Only recorded information is shown; the available fields depend on the event.
Checking a Payment
Select Payments, then enter an order number when needed. Payment creation, confirmation, crediting and refunds are separate events. A shared order number helps follow the sequence; matching timestamps alone do not identify duplicates.
Check the final state under Payments and available funds under Balances. Activity history does not replace those records.
Navigation and Errors
Next opens earlier events; Previous returns to a visited page. Changing filters restarts navigation. Automatic refresh pauses while details are open or while you are viewing a subsequent page.
If the history changes while you are browsing or a page expires, press Refresh. A temporary outage displays an error and removes previous rows. Filters remain available so you can retry when the connection recovers.
An empty result means no recorded events match the selected conditions. It does not indicate a loading failure or a missing player.
