Bonus codes
This tab shows actual redemption attempts made by the selected user, not the administrator's bonus-code catalog.
Each record includes the code, usage policy, server, account or character, base reward, applied VIP addition, effective reward, and delivery state.
- Reserved - redemption was accepted but delivery has not completed.
- Delivered - the reward was issued.
- Failed - delivery did not complete; compare the reason with activity.
Search locates a code or related operation, while filters narrow records by server and state.

Do not create another redemption for an unclear record. First ensure that a retry cannot issue the reward twice.
