IP activity
Open Users -> User list, select a player and open IP activity. Access requires permission to view the user's logs.
Each address appears once within the selected period, ordered by its most recent event.
Period and Search
| Field | Use |
|---|---|
| Period | Select a preset or custom dates, including multiple years. The default is the last 30 days. |
| From (UTC), Through (UTC) | Set the first and last dates. Both dates are included. |
| IP | Enter a complete IPv4 or IPv6 address. Leave empty for all addresses; partial-address search is not supported. |
| Addresses per page | Select 25, 50 or 100 rows. |
Choose Refresh to apply the filters. Reset restores the initial period and clears the search. Filters remain in the page address and are restored after a reload. Previous and Next appear when the results require more pages.
Table Columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| IP | An address associated with the player's recorded events. Equivalent IPv6 spellings do not create separate rows. |
| Sources | Where the address occurred: account, game or payments. One address can have several sources. |
| Events | Recorded events from the address within the selected period, not the number of sign-ins or sessions. |
| First observed | The earliest event from this address within the selected period. |
| Last observed | The latest event from this address within the selected period. |
Compare these results with sessions, sign-in times and the activity timeline. Older events can fall outside the filter, so First observed is not necessarily the address's first-ever use.
Empty or Unavailable History
An address with no events during the selected period produces an empty result. Broaden the period or reset the search.
A loading failure is not an empty history: an unavailable message replaces the rows. Use Refresh to try again. If the history changes while paging or the browsing session expires, refresh the list from the beginning.
Interpreting Matches
A shared address does not prove abuse. Consider time, devices, account actions and other independent evidence.
Do not restrict a user based on an IP match alone: a shared address may belong to a household, organization, provider, or VPN.
