User warehouse

The Warehouse section shows items owned by the selected user regardless of how they were created.

What to review​

  • item ID, name, quantity, and enchantment;
  • game server;
  • delivery type and state;
  • source and price;
  • creation and receipt dates;
  • identifiers of the related operation.

Filters search by item name, ID, or related data and can narrow the list by server or state.

Removing a record​

Only an item in Pending delivery state can be removed. Removal is unavailable for delivered, blocked, held and recalled items. Enter a reason before confirmation.

If a transfer was not confirmed, first check the game logs and the recipient's items. Do not issue a replacement until the result of the first transfer is known.

Removing a warehouse record does not refund the purchase or remove an item from a character. Refunds and compensation use their own supported operation.
