Administrators and permissions

This section controls staff access to projects and panel features. Create role-based groups first, add administrators, and apply individual restrictions only where necessary.

Access structure

1. My profile contains the current administrator's personal settings, sign-in methods, and activity log.
2. Administrator groups define the main permission set for a role.
3. Individual permissions restrict one staff member to selected projects and objects.
4. Administrators manages staff accounts and their security settings.

Grant only the access required for current responsibilities. Verify the result with the staff account after changing a group or individual permissions.
