Player Balance Top-Up

The player balance is used for shop purchases, services, and other operations inside the player cabinet. It is separate from the team balance in the MMO-DEV WEB panel.

Top up after signing in

Open Top Up Balance in the sidebar. If the project keeps a separate balance for each server, select the game server first. With a project-wide balance, the selected server does not change the funding destination.

Current balance and preparation of a new top-up
  1. Enter an amount, move the slider, or select a preset value.
  2. Wait for suitable payment methods to load automatically.
  3. Select a payment-method card.
  4. Verify the payment amount, fee, ordinary promotion, VIP bonus, and total credit.
  5. Click Proceed to payment and complete the displayed action: redirect, form submission, QR-code scan, or payment-app deep link.

Payment-method cards load automatically after the amount changes. Select a method to see its fee and total credit before paying. If the calculation expires, the cabinet prompts you to refresh it. Select a method again after changing the amount.

An ordinary payment promotion is shown separately when it applies. A VIP Program member also sees the VIP bonus. The total credit includes both bonuses.

The project owner configures customer-facing options under Payment methods and controls their selection under Routing rules. The applicable option is selected from the payment purpose, server, country, asset, and amount.

Debt and repayment

When a payment is refunded or its dispute ends in a return of funds, the previously credited amount is revoked. An amount that has already been spent becomes debt, shown in the cabinet. Reversing a spent referral or clan reward can also create debt. Purchases in the project and withdrawals are unavailable until repayment; you can still top up.

The example shows a debt of 1,500 units. Payment-method selection and the top-up calculation remain available.

A new credit to the main balance repays debt first. Bonuses, including VIP bonuses, do not repay debt. For example, crediting 500 main units reduces a debt of 1,500 to 1,000 while the available main balance remains zero.

After crediting 500 units, 1,000 remains outstanding. The restriction is still active.

The warning disappears after the remaining debt is repaid. Any credit above the debt becomes available for purchases. Previously rejected purchases do not run automatically: start a new purchase after repayment and check your available funds.

The debt is cleared. In this example, the entire credit went toward repayment, leaving a zero main balance.

With separate server balances, repay debt on the server where it arose. With a project-wide balance, changing the selected server does not change the debt. Contact project support if you do not understand its cause.

Debt on another balance

If the selected balance has no debt but another balance in the project does, the cabinet displays a purchase-restriction warning. It does not add another balance's amount to the current debt. Check your other balances or contact support to find out where repayment is needed.

The current balance has no debt, but purchases remain restricted.

When methods are temporarily unavailable

If no configured method matches the request, the page preserves the entered amount and shows a clear state instead of an empty list.

Payment methods are temporarily unavailable for the selected amount

Check the selected server and the allowed amount range, then retry later. If the calculation expires, refresh it before proceeding to payment.

Use the Player Wallet Top-Up API to integrate your own form.

Payment history

Use Payment History to view operations for the current account. Each entry includes its purpose, payment method, payment amount, operation amount, creation time, and status. Select a status and use the filter-icon button to narrow the list.

Payment amount uses the payment currency. Operation amount is the top-up amount or purchase price in the cabinet. Neither value by itself confirms a charge, balance credit, or delivered purchase: check the status and the operation's result.

Real operations for the current account with status filtering
  • Awaiting payment - the operation exists, but its payment action has not completed.
  • Processing - the payment result is being verified and recorded.
  • Completed - payment is confirmed. Check the top-up or purchase result.
  • Cancelled - the operation was explicitly cancelled before completion.
  • Expired - an unfinished operation passed its validity period.

Select the arrow button in a row to open the operation details. The page shows the full payment identifier, exact amounts, purpose, payment method, creation time, and either completion or expiry time.

An expired payment: its amounts do not mean that payment took place

Guest payment

When the project owner enables guest top-ups, a visitor can open the page without registering. Enter the recipient account email, set the amount with the slider, field, or preset, and wait for payment methods to load. Select a card to see the fee and total credit.

Top up a specified recipient without signing in

If top-up is unavailable for the recipient, check the email you entered. If the address is correct, contact project support.

Top-up is unavailable for the specified recipient

A valid recipient may also have no suitable payment method at the moment. The entered email and amount remain in place, and no payment is created.

No guest top-up methods are available

Before proceeding, verify the recipient email, amount, and total credit.

Direct purchase of an eligible product without signing in is covered separately in Shop. It delivers the product to a character and does not top up the player cabinet balance.

Buying game currency

After checkout, view the contents, recipient and delivery status in My purchases.

After signing in, In-Game Currency uses the existing cabinet balance. Character-delivery offers may also be available to guests through a direct payment method. Both flows, quantity controls, and delivery rules are covered in In-game Currency.
