Player VIP Program

The VIP Program shows the player's current status, payment total within the active period, next level, top-up bonus, benefits, and rewards.

Quick status

The account menu displays the current level and progress to the next threshold. Select the VIP block to open the complete program.

The information button in the full dialog header opens the captured level history with each status start and end date.

Full program

Select a category and sublevel. The left side presents the rank and its item rewards, while the right side lists benefits. The footer shows current progress and the next threshold.

Compare opens the all-level matrix in the same modal. It shows retained, changed, and newly available benefits together with the amount remaining to a selected threshold. The server builds the matrix with inheritance, game-server scope, and resource categories applied. FAQ opens accumulation, period, and reward rules without leaving the modal.

When a connected add-on is unavailable

A benefit can depend on a paid project add-on. If that add-on expires or is disabled, the VIP-level configuration is retained while the effect is temporarily unavailable. The level card and comparison matrix explain the reason, so a missing discount or capability is not presented as a calculation error.

Renewing the add-on includes the benefit in the next entitlement calculation. The administrator does not need to recreate or reconfigure it.

On mobile, categories and rewards remain accessible through horizontal scrolling while the content changes to a single-column layout.

Program levels

The complete demonstration structure is shown below. Administrators can change every name, threshold, color, image, benefit, and reward.

Wanderer

Knight

Duke

King

Emperor

A single reward uses one compact row. Multiple rewards are displayed two at a time with paging controls, so sets of 5-10 or more items do not expand the dialog.

Standalone ranks

Flat mode replaces categories and sublevels with standalone ranks. Players select Wanderer, Knight, Duke, King, or Emperor directly.

With a single rank, level navigation is hidden entirely.

Progress modes

The footer always identifies the active calculation mode. Lifetime progress does not expire, while pending operations remain separate and do not grant benefits before confirmation.

Rolling-window mode shows the next payment leaving the window, the projected level, and the amount required to retain the current level.

After a personal cycle ends, the level remains frozen until the renewal deadline. The required renewal amount includes the carryover percentage configured by the administrator.

A payment during the freeze creates a new active cycle. The completed cycle remains unchanged; configured carryover and the confirmed payment are recorded separately in the new cycle.

Reaching a level and receiving rewards

  1. Top up the balance normally.
  2. After payment confirmation, the server recalculates accumulated spend.
  3. The new level and bonus appear in the cabinet.
  4. One-time items are delivered to the warehouse.

Benefits can also provide a shop discount, referral multiplier, market fee reduction, extra game accounts, wheel or case attempts, and priority for player support tickets. Unused additional attempts belong to the current VIP period and are not converted into balance.

For a paid case opening or lucky-wheel spin, an available VIP attempt is used first. When the animation finishes, the prize dialog states "VIP attempt used. Your balance was not charged." If no attempts remain, the regular price applies.

Case and wheel allowances are independent: opening a case does not consume a wheel attempt. Separate promo games do not use either allowance and are started only by a connected event flow.

Top-up bonus adds the displayed percentage to every confirmed payment. Store discount applies to products in the built-in store and does not change the payment amount. In benefit cards and comparisons, +N% means an extra credit, -N% a discount, xN a multiplier, and +N additional attempts.

With personal cycles, the first confirmed payment opens the period. Every later top-up before its end contributes to the same total. After the period ends, the cabinet shows frozen progress until the renewal window expires; a new payment opens the next cycle using the administrator's carryover policy.

The cabinet receives a notification when the level changes. Separate notifications cover approaching expiry, freeze start, downgrade after a reversal, and reward delivery status. A refund or chargeback can change the level according to the project's published policy.

Pending progress is displayed separately when an operation requires confirmation. In rolling-window mode, the forecast identifies expiring payments, projected downgrade date, projected level, and the top-up required to retain the current level.

Program rules are controlled by the project administrator. See VIP Program management and the API contract.
