Bonus Codes

Bonus codes let you reward players with balance or items for promotions, compensation, or external activities.

Administrator panel

Open General -> Bonus Codes. This is a core feature and does not require installing or renewing a plugin. Use the list to select a project and server, search by name or code value, and filter active or redeemed codes.

Create a code

  1. Open General -> Bonus Codes and select a project and game server.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter a name, code format, number of generated codes, and validity period.
  4. Choose a usage policy: once globally, once per player, or once per game account. Grouping prevents a player from redeeming several codes from the same series.
  5. Choose the reward: bonus balance or in-game items.
  6. For item rewards, specify the items, quantities, and enchant values.
  7. Save the code.

For an item reward, open the Items tab. Every reward has its own row with an item ID, quantity, and enchantment. The lookup button performs a real ItemDB request against the selected servers and displays the resolved name and icon.

ItemDB is an auxiliary catalog. If an item exists in the game but has not yet been added to the website catalog, the code can still be saved with its numeric ID. In that case, verify delivery with a test code before publishing the campaign. Temporary ItemDB unavailability does not block saving either.

VIP eligibility

The VIP tab can require an active status, select a minimum level, and allow or deny redemption while the status is frozen. Balance rewards support a level multiplier and a fixed additional amount. Item codes use an additional item set instead.

Configure the multiplier through the Bonus-code reward multiplier benefit in the VIP level editor. The multiplier is applied to the base amount first, then the fixed VIP amount is added. A non-VIP player receives the base reward when VIP is not required.

Status is checked before the code is reserved. An insufficient level produces a clear rejection, while a temporary verification failure leaves the code unused. The redemption ledger stores the final snapshot with the base reward, VIP addition, multiplier, and delivered result.

Review activations

Open the created code to review its rules, validity period, and usage history. The activation table shows the player, game account, character, and delivery time.

Delivered rewards and redemption history are retained. Disabling a code prevents new redemptions without deleting its audit history.

Player cabinet

Activate a code

The player opens the profile menu and selects Bonus Code.

Enter the received code in the dialog and click Activate.

If the reward targets a character, the cabinet asks the player to select a game account and character. After confirmation, the reward is delivered to that recipient.

After delivery, the cabinet displays a confirmation. VIP results show the base value, multiplier, addition, and total separately. Item rewards go to the selected character, while bonus balance is credited to the master account.

Before publishing a campaign, test the code with a player account. The first activation must deliver the reward, while repeated attempts must follow the configured limit.
