Payment methods

A payment method connects an option supported by a provider to what the player sees at checkout. One provider account may expose several methods, such as cards, instant transfers, or an electronic wallet.

Provider, game-server scope, state, and lifecycle of each method

Create a method

First configure a provider account. Then open Payment System -> Payment methods and choose Add payment method.

  1. Select an available provider-account and method-code pair.
  2. Select a language tab and enter its label. The project's primary language is required; other enabled languages are optional. Switching tabs retains the translations until you submit the form.
  3. Optionally enter the identifier of a project-owned icon.
  4. Complete any additional non-secret fields declared by the provider.
  5. Make the method available to every project server or select specific game servers.
  6. Save the method and enable it after its route is configured.

The provider account and method code form an immutable binding. Presentation and server scope can be edited while the method is disabled.

Server availability

Selecting Selected servers only opens a checklist below the scope choices. Select at least one server. Selecting All project servers hides the list and makes the method available on every project server.

Scope selection and a note for the current change

Use All project servers for a shared checkout. Use Selected servers only when a provider, currency, or commercial offer is not available everywhere.

Server selection does not define method order. An enabled routing rule is also required before the method can participate in checkout.

States and dependencies

A disabled method is not offered for new payments. An archived method cannot return to service. An existing payment keeps its original processing choice and is not switched merely because the configuration changes later.

Before enabling the method, verify that:

  • its provider account is enabled and healthy;
  • the primary project language has a label;
  • every selected game server belongs to the current project;
  • an applicable routing rule and pricing policy exist.

Change note

Use the Note panel to explain what you are changing and why. You can format text, add lists and insert links. The note is optional and is saved with the current changes when you select Save. You do not need to enter a separate reason code.
