A restriction targets selected marketplace capabilities rather than the entire cabinet: purchasing, selling, transferring to the main balance, or external withdrawal.

Select the player, scope, reason, start, and end. An indefinite restriction has no end date. A future restriction becomes effective only at its configured time.
