Install and Manage Plugins

Plugins add dedicated features to the control panel and player cabinet, including the shop, cases, support, market, promotional mechanics, and other modules. A subscription belongs to the team, while a module's configuration may apply to a specific project or game server.

Before connecting a plugin

Check these requirements:

  • the team balance has enough funds;
  • the plugin supports the selected project's platform;
  • your administrator account can purchase and configure plugins.

You can add funds under Top Up Balance.

Purchase a plugin

  1. Open Plugins -> Store.
  2. Click Details and review the purpose and available features.
  3. Click Buy and select the subscription period.
  4. Check the base price, discount, total, and team balance.
  5. Confirm the purchase.

The plugin appears under Your Plugins after payment. If the store reports that every plugin is connected, there are no more compatible plugins available for the current platform.

Configure the plugin

Open the plugin card and review its purpose, requirements, and control panel sections.

The next steps depend on the module:

  1. Select a project and game server when the configuration applies to them.
  2. Complete the required fields and enable the required features.
  3. Save the changes.
  4. If the client website uses these values, upload the current configuration.
  5. Complete the player flow and check the result in the plugin history or statistics.

Renew a plugin

Each card under Your Plugins shows the expiration date and the number of remaining days.

  1. Click Renew on the required plugin.
  2. Select a period from 1 to 12 months.
  3. Enter a promo code when available.
  4. Check the discount, total price, and team balance.
  5. Confirm the renewal.

Unused days are preserved. The selected period starts after the current expiration date, and the card displays the new date after a successful renewal.

If the balance is insufficient, add funds to the team and retry. When a subscription expires, the plugin features become unavailable, but its working data is not deleted automatically.

Readiness check

The plugin is ready when:

  • the subscription is active and its period is visible in the panel;
  • the configuration belongs to the correct project and server;
  • the feature is visible to its target user;
  • the test action runs once and returns the expected result;
  • the operation appears in the relevant history or statistics.
