Game Store

Game Store combines item offers, game currency, and paid game features. Catalogs, categories, and sales are configured separately for each project and game server.

Select a catalog

Open Global -> Game Store, then select a project and game server. This scope determines the catalog, game items, and supported fulfillment options.

The catalog has three sections: Offers, Categories, and Sales. Offer filters use the publication status and order kind. Inactive keeps an entry available for preparation, Active publishes it, and Archived permanently retires it.

When the selected filters match no records, the page displays a dedicated empty state while preserving the filters.

An administrator can be granted read-only access. In this state, catalog data and statuses remain visible while create, edit, copy, and publication commands are unavailable.

Categories

Categories group offers in the player cabinet. The list shows the localized name, publication status, display order, and language count. Use the filter to review active, inactive, or archived entries.

Click Create category, choose its status and display order, then enter a name in each project language tab. Add language opens a new tab. A locale cannot be added twice.

Editing replaces the complete category configuration. An archived category cannot be changed or published again.

Shop offers

Open Create offer -> Shop. The form saves the complete configuration in one operation and creates new offers as inactive.

Identity fields include the SKU, order, publication status, price in currency minor units, three-letter currency code, and decimal scale. For example, 15900 at scale 2 means 159.00. Add a name and description for every project language.

Choose a language tab in Localizations to edit its full-width name and description fields. Switching tabs retains your draft translations. With many languages, scroll the strip or use its edge arrows. A translation error opens the affected language. Categories, sales, and game feature fields and options use the same language tabs.

Configure the offer contents and purchasing rules:

  • game item reference, quantity, enchantment level, and sort order;
  • Bundle or Selection pricing;
  • a selection key and individual price for each selectable item;
  • delivery modes, selection size, and player-adjustable quantity;
  • limits for all buyers, one player, and one game account;
  • availability, offer-specific discounts, category, image, and blocked combinations.
Offer contents, price, delivery modes and purchase limits

Search for a currency by name or code. To use your own currency, enter three Latin letters, such as ELX, and choose the suggested code. New offers use the currency and decimal places configured for the project; existing offers retain their saved price.

Under Available delivery modes, check one or more options. Each option explains who selects the recipient and where the items arrive. Clearing every option displays a message below the list. Select an appropriate delivery mode and save again.

The message below delivery modes identifies what to correct before saving

Open an offer from the table to change its contents, price, localizations, limits, or publication status. Archived offers cannot be edited.

Editing saved translations, price and offer contents

Copy offers

The copy action first opens the target project and server selector. The current catalog is labeled separately.

A copy is an independent inactive offer. Review its SKU, game item references, currency, image, and translations before creating it. Copying to another catalog clears category and blocked-offer links that belong to the source catalog.

The Game feature order kind describes an action purchased for a game account or character. Configure the feature code, image, target, category, and availability. Player input fields may be text inputs or predefined localized options with individual prices.

Execution parameters use the JSON shape expected by the connected game integration. Keep the feature inactive until a test purchase confirms target validation and the expected result.

The edit form includes every saved translation, input field, option, restriction, and execution parameter.

Saved game feature parameters, options and limits

A game feature can be copied to another catalog. The copy always starts inactive so its integration-specific values can be checked before publication.

Game currency

A Game currency offer grants game-account points or a character item. Configure units per purchase, the game item ID when required, a short name, an icon, and separate messages for authenticated players and guests.

When copying the offer, verify its fulfillment type and game item ID on the target server.

Sales

A sale applies a time-limited discount to selected offers. The list shows its percentage, audience, discount combination, availability, and publication status.

When creating a sale, set a unique code, percentage, audience, scope, start and end time, countdown style, and localizations. Select offers from the same scope. One offer can belong to only one catalog sale.

Editing replaces the complete sale configuration. An archived sale cannot be enabled or changed again.

Player cabinet

The cabinet displays only published offers available for the current time, audience, and configured limits. A card shows the image, description, effective price, and discount.

On the product page, the player reviews its contents and selects an allowed fulfillment method: account and character, cabinet warehouse, direct character delivery, or guest checkout.

Before payment, the player selects a recipient. Price, contents, recipient availability, discounts, and limits are checked when preparing and confirming the purchase.

After a successful operation, the cabinet confirms the result, charges the amount once, and fulfills the purchase using the selected method.

For a paid game feature, the player selects an account or character and completes only the configured fields.

The cabinet displays the operation result after fulfillment. A confirmed fulfillment failure refunds the charged amount.

Pre-publication check

  1. Review every offer in both themes and every project language.
  2. Purchase every order kind as a test player and as a guest where guest checkout is enabled.
  3. Exercise every delivery mode, game-feature option, and game-currency fulfillment type.
  4. Confirm that discounts and limits apply to the intended audience and scope.
  5. Repeat operation confirmation and verify that neither the charge nor fulfillment is duplicated.
  6. Verify the selected recipient and the refund path for failed fulfillment.
