Listings
Use Listings for daily moderation and disputed-order investigation. Filters cover state, asset type, section, owner, and period.
States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending moderation | Created but not published |
| Active | Available to buyers |
| Partially sold | Some units sold while the remainder is available |
| Sold | All available units sold |
| Cancelled | The seller or an administrator stopped the sale |
| Rejected | A moderator denied publication |
| Recovery | Item or character-access restoration is not yet confirmed |
Listing details
The detail page combines the seller, original game asset, offer, reservations, orders, and event log. Available commands depend on state: approve or reject moderation, cancel an active listing, or continue recovery.
Moderator decision
When rejecting a listing, provide a reason code and a note for the journal, then confirm. If the listing has already changed, refresh the list before the next action.
Rejection or cancellation does not delete the object or assume restoration succeeded. The listing remains controlled until item or character access restoration is confirmed.
