Cases
The add-on provides cases with randomized rewards. Every case can have its own price, rewards, probabilities, limits, availability period, and promotion.
Administrator panel
Enable the add-on
Open Add-ons -> Your add-ons -> Cases. The details page shows the license status, expiration date, and available features.
Go to Add-ons -> Cases -> Overview and select a project and game server. The panel shows the number of cases, categories, and promotions for each server.
Categories
Categories organize cases in both the control panel and player cabinet. For example, supplies, rare equipment, and seasonal offers can be presented separately.
Use Categories to manage names, ordering, and available languages. Enable only the languages in which a category should be shown to players.
Create a case
Click Create case. On the Product tab, enter a name, image, category, price, and promotion. Keep the case disabled until its rewards and probabilities are complete.
On the Items tab, add the rewards. Each reward has an item ID, quantity, enchant level, name, image, description, and probability. The total probability must equal 100%.
On the Settings tab, you can define an availability period, a global purchase limit, and a per-account limit. A case without limits remains available while it is enabled.
After saving, review every tab. The Product tab controls the presentation, category, price, promotion, and publication state.
The Items tab uses the selected server's ItemDB. Lookup fills the item name and local image path; the administrator controls quantity, enchantment, description, and probability.
The Settings tab changes the availability period and limits for future openings. Editing does not delete existing statistics.
Test and copy
The gamepad action simulates 1,000 openings without charging a balance or delivering items. Compare the resulting distribution with the configured probabilities.
Copying creates the same case on a selected project and server. After copying, verify item IDs and image paths for the target game build.
Promotions
The Promotions page includes active, scheduled, and completed offers. A promotion defines a discount and active period and can then be assigned to one or more cases.
Statistics
Statistics include openings, revenue, player discounts, and reward types. Filters limit the report by date, project, and server. The chart compares daily case activity, while the table provides the reward-level breakdown.
Player cabinet
Select and open a case
After publishing the settings, open Cases as a test player. Check categories, images, prices, discounts, limits, and consistent card heights.
The opening page shows the player's balance and all possible rewards with their quantities and probabilities. Without the additional-attempt benefit, the VIP panel is absent and the action immediately displays the opening price.
When a VIP benefit grants case attempts, the cabinet shows the exact remaining quota and offers an opening without charging the balance.
After a free opening, the result confirms that a VIP attempt was consumed, no balance was charged, and displays the new quota. Reward delivery follows the normal case flow.
Once the quota is exhausted, the free action is unavailable and the button displays the effective price after the active discount.
The next opening charges the balance. Its result reports the amount actually charged; the shown scenario charges 25.00.
Before publishing, run a simulation, open the case as a test player, and verify that the operation appears in statistics.
A case is a standalone player activity with its own page, price, and opening history. A promo game is started by a connected registration, event, launcher, or website flow and does not consume case attempts.
