Reward reversals

When a payment is refunded or its dispute is lost, the associated referral or clan reward is reversed. A partial refund reverses the corresponding part of the reward.

Open the list

Open Users -> Partner Program -> Overview and choose Reward reversals for the project. Switch between Referral rewards and Clan rewards.

Select a game server and status, then press the funnel button. No game server shows only rewards that are not associated with a particular server. Reset filters restores the initial selection.

Both lists show the recipient, original reward, reversed amount and last update. Select the recipient or the row's arrow to open the details. For more records, use Next; Back to beginning returns to the first results.

Clan rewards have a separate list with original and reversed amounts.

Processing states

Status	Meaning
Processing	The reversal is not complete. Refresh the page later.
Needs review	Processing has stopped and needs a staff member's attention.
Processed	The current reward reversal is complete. This does not mean the recipient has repaid their debt.

Original reward is the initial reward amount. Reversed amount is the part already processed, not a new payment amount. If no reward has been assigned yet, the page displays Reward not awarded instead of its recipient and amount.

Review and retry

The details show the original payment, payer, recipient, game server and processing attempts. Stopped processing has a Reason for retry form.

After checking the cause, describe what was reviewed or corrected and select Retry processing. The editor supports emphasis, lists and links. A reason is required, with a limit of 1,000 characters including formatting. Reset reason restores the form's initial text.

Clan rewards use the same actions. Their recipient and balance destination are shown in their own details.

Review the recipient and the portion of the clan reward already reversed.

If the record has changed or is already processing, refresh its details and check its state. For temporary unavailability, try again later. Viewing reversals and retrying them are separate staff permissions.

After retrying

Once the request is accepted, the retry form disappears and the status becomes Processing. Use the refresh button to check the result.

The retry is accepted and the referral reward reversal is processing.

A clan reward also remains in processing until its reversal completes. Retrying does not change the original reward amount.

The current processing state replaces the clan reversal retry form.

History

Open Retry history in the details. It records the staff member, date, reason, previous attempts and amount already reversed at that point.

If the reward was spent

The recipient incurs debt, and new purchases in that project are restricted until repayment. The recipient's debt and the payer's debt are separate. Switching game servers or balances does not remove the purchase restriction.

Retrying a reversal does not forgive debt. Processed describes the reward reversal; check the player's balance for the current debt state.
