Withdrawals
Withdrawals are a core payment-system feature. Players can request a payout from their available main balance. Funds are reserved as soon as a request is confirmed, preventing them from being spent twice.
Administrator panel
Enable withdrawals
- Open Payment system -> Withdrawals -> Settings.
- Select the project for which withdrawals should be available.
- Enable the feature and configure payout methods.
When withdrawals are disabled for the project, the form is hidden and new requests are unavailable.
Project settings
Each project defines:
- custom payout methods with a code, localized name, destination type, placeholder, and icon;
- minimum amount;
- fee;
- payout rate;
- feature status.
The player sees the fee and final payout before submitting. Changes apply to new requests, while existing requests retain the values calculated when they were created.
Processing requests
The control panel shows totals, active requests, the 30-day trend, status distribution, and method statistics. Open an item in the list to review a specific request.
Verify the player, project, amount, fee, and destination, then assign the final status:
- Pending - the request is still being processed;
- Paid - funds were sent to the player;
- Rejected - the request is closed and the reserved amount is refunded exactly once.
Reprocessing a finalized request does not change the balance.
Player cabinet
Creating a request
The player selects a method and enters the destination and amount. The destination label and example change with the selected payout method. If the project protects financial operations with a PIN, the request cannot be created without the correct PIN.
Email address
Electronic wallet
Account number
After a successful submission, the cabinet shows a short request reference and the final payout. The adjacent button copies the full identifier for support requests.
History
History contains the method, destination, original amount, payout after fees, date, and status. Load more retrieves the next page without downloading rows already displayed.
See Withdrawal API for the exact operation contract.
