Provider accounts

A provider account represents one project connection to a payment platform. A project may have several accounts for the same provider, such as a sandbox account, a primary live account, and a reserve account.

Payment system sections appear in a single row above the list or form. To reveal a hidden section, use the arrows at the edges of the tab bar or drag it with your mouse. On a phone, swipe across the tab bar.

Add an account

Open Payment System -> Provider accounts, select a project, and choose Add provider account.

  1. Find a provider by its name, payment method, or supported currency.
  2. Select the sandbox or live environment.
  3. Enter a permanent account key and a clear administrative name.
  4. Complete the non-secret settings requested by the selected provider.
  5. Create the account while it is disabled.

The provider and account key are immutable. Create a separate record for another environment or external account.

Note about the change

On a wide screen, account and provider settings appear on the left, with the Note about the change on the right. On a phone, the sections appear one below the other.

Optionally add a Note explaining in your own words what you are changing and why. The editor supports bold and italic text, bulleted and numbered lists, links, undo, and redo.

The note applies to the current save. Briefly explain what is changing and why, then select Save changes with the account settings. You can leave the note empty. If the text is too large, shorten it or remove some formatting; a message will appear beside the editor.

Credentials

Secret fields are managed separately on the edit page. Stored values are never placed back into the form or sent to the player cabinet.

Revealing a current value requires the administrator to confirm their password again. The value is hidden automatically after a limited time or when the tab becomes hidden. Remove a credential only after disabling the account and allowing outstanding provider operations to finish.

Validate and enable

Complete these actions in order before live use:

  1. Validate configuration checks required fields and value formats.
  2. Check connection health performs the verification supported by that provider.
  3. Enable allows the account to participate only after successful checks.

The list shows the environment, account state, latest connection result, credential revision, and last update time.

States

  • Draft - the account exists but does not accept new payments.
  • Enabled - the account may participate in configured routes.
  • Disabled - no new payment is routed to the account, and its configuration can be edited.
  • Archived - the account is permanently excluded from new configuration and retained in history.

Disabling is reversible. Archive an account only when the connection will no longer be needed.

Pre-launch check

Create a separate sandbox account, store its credentials, run both checks, and only then enable it. After configuring a payment method, routing rule, and pricing policy, make a minimum-value payment and verify its recorded state.
