Top-up promotions
A top-up promotion increases the credited amount according to configured tiers. A rule can be limited by game server, payment method, payment asset, and active period.
Create a promotion
Open Payment System -> Top-up promotions and choose Create promotion.
- Enter the bonus asset code and scale.
- Select all game servers or an explicit server set.
- Select all payment methods or an explicit method set.
- Select all payment assets or enter explicit codes and scales.
- Add one or more amount thresholds and a bonus percentage for each tier.
- Set the start, optional end, bonus lifetime, and priority.
- Save the rule and enable it after verification.
Server and payment method checklists appear when you select a restricted scope. Check the relevant entries. To restrict payment currencies, add the code and precision of each currency. Each restricted scope needs at least one value. All hides the corresponding list and removes that restriction.
Tiers
Tiers must be ordered by increasing amount. One percentage applies: the percentage of the highest reached tier. Percentages from multiple tiers in the same rule are not added together.
| Minimum amount | Bonus |
|---|---|
100 | 5% |
500 | 10% |
1000 | 15% |
A top-up of 750 receives 10%, not the sum of the first two percentages.
Period and lifetime
The period is evaluated in UTC. An empty end date makes the rule open-ended. Bonus lifetime is entered in seconds; leave it empty when the bonus portion should not expire separately.
When several rules overlap, the lower priority value is considered first. Keep scopes unambiguous so the result remains clear to the player.
Verification
Test an amount below the first tier, every exact boundary, and an amount between tiers. Also test an excluded server, a non-matching method, another asset, and both period boundaries. Checkout should show the base credit and promotion bonus separately before confirmation.
Change note
Use the Note panel to explain what you are changing and why. You can format text, add lists and insert links. The note is optional and is saved with the current changes when you select Save. You do not need to enter a separate reason code.
