Administrator groups
Create groups for responsibilities, such as project management or support, instead of creating one group per employee.
Group list
Open Users -> Admin Groups to create a group, edit its permissions or remove a group you no longer need. Assign staff to groups in Administrators.
Permission sections
Permissions are grouped by task. The number beside each tab shows how many sections it contains.
| Tab | Settings |
|---|---|
| Projects and servers | Projects, project overview, game servers and login servers |
| Security | Registration protection and API keys |
| Team and access | Administrators, groups and individual permissions |
| Publications and releases | Project documentation and releases |
| Email and marketing | Email templates, audiences and exports |
| Reports and activity | Journals and staff activity history |
| Payments and withdrawals | Payment settings and withdrawal requests |
| Subscription and add-ons | Plans, renewals and add-ons |
| Players | Profiles, bonus codes, gift codes, partner and VIP programs, player support |
| Plugins | Game add-ons and advertising |
Projects and servers
Enable the required section, expand it and select the actions available to staff. For example, game server management is separate from project management.
Journal permissions
On the Reports and activity tab, the Journals section grants access to individual reports, including registrations, sign-ins, Shop, payments and online statistics.
Managing the tracked item list is separate from viewing its report. Online cleanup is also separate from viewing online statistics. Grant modifying permissions only to staff responsible for the corresponding data. Administrator activity is configured separately in the Administrator logs section.
Plugins
The Plugins tab separates permissions by add-on. Access to a section and changes to its data are configured separately.
Players
Use Players to configure work with profiles and player programs. Viewing profiles, changing balances, restoring access and performing game actions have separate permissions.
Click Save after changing permissions. Disabling a section clears its selected actions; select the required actions again when you re-enable it.
