Progress ledger

The ledger shows how each source changed VIP progress, including the counted amount, status, resulting progress, and whether manual review is required. Rejected means an entry never became valid; reversed cancels a previously confirmed entry.

Notes and descriptions

Decision notes support emphasis, lists and links. A note belongs to the selected entry; opening a different entry resets the decision form.
