Top Up the Balance

The team balance pays for plans, additional project slots, and connected MMO-DEV WEB services. Your first and subsequent top-ups follow the same steps: enter an amount in the panel, choose an available payment method, and check the result in history.

Before you start

Sign in as an administrator of the correct team and open Home -> Balance. Check the team name at the top of the page and the Available balance. Enter the top-up amount in credits; the payment amount and currency appear when you choose a payment method.

Overview and payment history

The balance page has two tabs. Overview contains the top-up form and recent payments, while Payment History lists operations with their amounts and statuses. Switch tabs below to view each screen.

Overview: top-up amount, payment methods, promo code, and recent payments

What the overview shows

SectionWhat to check
Available balanceFunds the team can use to pay for a plan or services.
Current TariffThe plan name and days remaining. The card indicates when no plan is activated.
Recent PaymentsThe number of payments in the current view. The operations appear in the table below; All History opens the full list.
Top Up BalanceThe amount, available payment methods, fees, and the result of the current attempt.
Promo CodeApply a code that credits the team's balance.

Top up the balance

  1. On Overview, enter the Amount or adjust it with the slider. Use a positive number, such as 10.00, with no more than two decimal places.
  2. Wait for payment methods to finish loading. Changing the amount automatically updates the methods and calculation.
  3. Choose a card under Payment method. Availability depends on the entered amount; use the options shown in the panel.
  4. Review You pay, Balance credit, and Fee, including the currency beside each amount.
  5. Select Pay and follow the instructions. A payment page may open, or the panel may display a QR code or an Open payment app button.
  6. Complete the payment and return to the panel. While confirmation is pending, wait for the result of the current payment.

You pay is the amount for the selected payment method. Balance credit is the amount added to the team's balance. These values may use different currencies; the method card displays the fee separately. Review the calculation again if you change the amount or select another option.

The Pay button may be unavailable while methods load or a payment is processing. If an error appears, follow its instructions. If payment has already started, check its status in history before creating another payment.

Apply a promo code

Enter the code under Promo Code and select Apply. The result appears below the field:

  • when funds are credited, the page refreshes: any outstanding debt is reduced first, and the remainder increases Available balance;
  • if the credit is awaiting processing, check the balance later;
  • if the code is rejected, read the reason: for example, the code has expired, its usage limit has been reached, or the team has already used it.

A promo code is optional for a regular top-up. Check a code's result in the message below the field and the available balance; payment history lists payment operations.

Payment history

Open Payment History at the top of the page or select All History above the recent payments table. Select Overview to return to the top-up form.

Payment history: the payment deadline has expired for these operations. Next page opens earlier records.

Each row represents a separate team payment. The screenshot shows unpaid payments whose deadline has expired. Their amounts do not confirm a charge or balance credit. An empty-list message appears when there are no operations.

ColumnMeaning
DateWhen the payment was created.
SumThe operation amount and currency. For an unfinished payment, also check its status.
Balance creditThe amount for the team's balance. A value in this column does not by itself mean that payment is complete.
Payment GatewayThe selected payment method, or Not selected yet if no method has been chosen.
StatusThe payment's current state.
Order idThe identifier used to find a particular operation and contact support.

If a next-page button is shown, use it to view the remaining operations. On a narrow screen, scroll the table horizontally. An empty-list message means there are no payments in the current list; a message that history is temporarily unavailable means you should check again later.

Payment statuses

StatusWhat to do
OpenThe payment was created but is not complete. Check that a method is selected and the payment instructions have been followed.
ProcessingWait for confirmation. If funds have already been charged, do not create a duplicate payment.
PaidPayment is confirmed. Check the balance credit and available balance.
CancelledThe operation was cancelled. If you still need the top-up and no funds were charged, create a new payment.
ExpiredThe time allowed for payment has ended. Start a new top-up if no funds were charged.

Verify the result

After confirmation, the panel shows a successful top-up message and refreshes the page. Check that:

  • Available balance has increased or outstanding debt has decreased;
  • the correct Order id appears in history;
  • the amount, currency, and method match your selection;
  • the operation is Paid, and Balance credit matches the expected top-up.

If you have since paid for services from the balance, account for those expenses when comparing totals. Use the individual payment row in history to verify a particular top-up.

Outstanding debt and repayment

If a top-up is refunded or a dispute returns the money to the payer, its credited amount is removed from the balance. When some of it has already been spent, the uncovered amount becomes debt. Its amount appears above the top-up form.

Projects are suspended and new purchases and renewals remain unavailable until the debt is fully repaid. Subscription time continues to run. You can still top up the balance or apply an eligible promo code while debt is outstanding.

Debt above the top-up form

In this example, the outstanding debt is 50 credits, with no available balance. Choose an amount and payment method in the regular form. If you disagree with the debt, contact platform support with your team name and the original payment's order ID.

Projects are suspended while debt is outstanding, but the top-up form remains available.

Partial repayment

New credits repay debt first. In this example, a 20-credit addition reduces the original 50-credit debt to 30. The available balance is still zero and purchases remain restricted. You can repay the remainder with another top-up.

The credit reduced the debt. Restrictions remain until the outstanding 30 credits are repaid.

Full repayment

A subsequent 35-credit addition repaid the remaining 30, leaving 5 credits available for purchases. The warning disappeared. Services and renewals can be paid for again when sufficient funds are available.

After full repayment, the warning disappears and the remaining credit is available for new payments.

If a subscription payment is returned

When payment for the subscription period itself is returned, Restore subscription payment appears above the top-up form. It shows the original period and the amount to pay again. A zero or positive balance alone does not settle this payment.

  1. Open Dashboard -> Balance as the team owner or a staff member allowed to pay for plans.
  2. Check the period and amount. For a partial return, only the returned portion needs to be paid again.
  3. Top up if needed. If there is also debt from a returned top-up, new funds first repay that debt.
  4. Click Pay in the restoration block. Wait for the result; if processing is still underway, check the page later.
Having 5 credits available does not restore payment by itself: confirm payment in the subscription block.

The restoration block disappears after successful payment. The subscription end date does not change: suspended days carry no additional charge, but are not added to the term. If the subscription expired during suspension, a regular renewal is still required. Repayment does not remove other project restrictions.

What players see

While the project is suspended, the website and cabinet display Temporarily unavailable. The team's reasons, amounts and payment details are not shown here. Players can click Refresh after access is restored.

Players see a notice and a refresh button.
