Settings
Open Player Support -> Settings and select a project.
Availability
The Player Support switch controls the complete public section. When disabled, the menu item disappears and ticket reads and writes stop, while saved history remains intact. Existing history is available again after support is enabled.
Content rules
Minimum and maximum lengths are configured separately for titles and messages. These limits also apply to staff replies and internal notes. Notes are visible only to the team.
Cooldowns
Configure separate delays between new tickets and player replies. A zero value disables that cooldown. Handle individual abuse through moderation instead of imposing an excessive global interval.
Staff identity
| Mode | What the player sees |
|---|---|
| Hidden name | A neutral team-response label |
| Public label | A localized label such as “Support team” |
| Staff name | The responding administrator's display name |
The public label supports every project language and is not limited to English and Russian. Select a language tab to edit its text. Category names use the same tabs. Switching tabs retains the translations until you submit the form.
See the category guide for names, icons, ordering, and Omnidesk assignment.
Team permissions
Separate permissions control queue access, replies, states, assignment, macros, statistics, moderation, settings, and integrations. A user without queue access is not offered as an assignee.
