Macros

Macros store reviewed reply templates and are available directly in the ticket view. They are never sent automatically: content is inserted into the editor and remains editable before sending.

Macro categories

A category has a localized name, icon, order, and state. Organize categories by reply purpose, such as “Payments”, “Access”, and “Technical issues”, rather than by staff member.

A category containing replies cannot be deleted. Move or remove its macros first.

Saved replies

Each reply has a localized name and body, category, order, and state. A disabled reply is no longer offered to staff but remains in settings. Favorites are personal and do not reorder results for other team members.

Categories, localized content, search, and saved-reply actions

In the reply form, use the language tabs above the title and body. Switching tabs retains your translations. The text editor supports emphasis, lists, and links. If a translation is missing or needs correction, saving opens its tab. With many languages, scroll the strip using its arrows or a touch gesture.

Using a macro in a ticket

Search uses the title and content for the current language. Results use bounded loading, so a large library does not overload the ticket view. After insertion, verify names, amounts, dates, and other player-specific details.

Workflow check

  1. Create a category and replies for every project language.
  2. Find a reply by title and body fragment.
  3. Add it to favorites and verify personal ordering.
  4. Insert the macro into a ticket, edit it, and send the reply.
  5. Disable the macro and confirm that it is no longer offered.
