Ratings
Ratings are a built-in player-cabinet feature. They do not require a separate add-on or license. The available tables depend on the selected game server capabilities.
Configuration
Open Projects -> Game servers -> select a server -> Rating/Tops. Settings apply to that server. Choose the number of entries for each leaderboard, or select Off, then save your changes.
Visibility Controls
Administrators choose which information players can see. Disabled sections disappear after refreshing the page and cannot be opened using a saved link.
The project statistics switches also apply: disabling online or characters hides that history series. Disabling Characters also hides the character total, race and gender distributions, and class popularity. Leaderboard tables remain independent. The examples below assume that online and character publication are enabled at project level.
| Setting | Effect for the player |
|---|---|
| Character, clan and alliance leaderboards | Only enabled tables and the selected number of top entries are visible. |
| World statistics | Castles, clan halls, heroes, raid bosses and general statistics have separate switches. Available options depend on the game. |
| Chart series | Online, character counts and clan counts can be displayed independently. |
| General summary | Hides aggregate world statistics. |
| Race and gender distributions | Each chart has its own switch. General statistics must also be enabled. |
| Records and activity by day and hour | Each section is independent of the history chart. |
| Class popularity, rising players and timeline | Only enabled rankings and positions within the selected top are included. |
| Search, comparison and dated snapshots | Each tool can be disabled. Search and history cannot reveal disabled rankings. |
These controls hide sections and groups of information, not individual fields of a selected character. For example, disabling the Characters chart series does not also disable the general summary or EXP leaderboard.
Example: All Series And Summaries
Classic has twelve characters and four clans. The chart shows three separate series: online counts, characters and clans. General statistics include the summary and race and gender distributions.
If the game does not provide clan counts, no clan line is drawn. A measured zero remains visible on the chart.
Example: Hide Race And Gender
Disable Race distribution and Gender distribution, keeping General summary enabled. Other sections do not need to change.
After saving, the distribution charts disappear while totals, history and leaderboards remain. The hidden distributions are also unavailable in dated snapshots.
Example: Online Only
Keep Online history chart and the Online series enabled. Disable Characters, Clans, general statistics, additional sections and tools. This example also limits PVP to five entries instead of ten.
After saving, the player sees only the permitted statistics. Search, comparison and dated-snapshot buttons are absent.
Server analytics
Four cards show the maximum online and its observation time: over retained history, since the start of today's UTC day, over the last seven days, and since the start of the current UTC calendar month. Equal peaks use the first occurrence. Selecting a chart range does not change these record periods.
Chart Range
Select a period and use the refresh button beside the field. The selection applies to online history and hourly activity for the current server.
| Period | One chart bucket |
|---|---|
| Last 24 hours | 5-minute average |
| Last 7 days | 15-minute average |
| Last 30 days | Hourly average |
| Last 90 days | 3-hour average |
Lines use received observations. Periods without observations remain gaps, not zero lines. The example below has two collection periods within the day.
Last 7 days
The weekly chart uses 15-minute buckets. Missing history is not replaced with estimated values.
Last 30 days
This chart covers the preceding 30 days, not just the current calendar month. Values are averaged by hour.
Last 90 days
The long-range chart uses three-hour buckets. The cards above still show maximum observations rather than chart averages.
Hourly Activity
Rows represent weekdays and columns represent UTC hours. Cell color describes average online from observations within the selected period. Hover over a cell or focus it with the keyboard for its value and observation count. An empty cell means no observations. A measured zero stays zero.
Updates And Missing Data
Each report shows the last observation time. Delayed readings display Data is stale, while retained values and dates remain visible. This does not mean that the game server is offline.
A new server without history has dashes instead of records and explicit no-observation states in its chart and activity table. No zero counts or invented dates are substituted.
When a report cannot be retrieved, a separate unavailability message appears. Refreshing after recovery displays the data again.
Server timeline
The timeline combines ranking movement and new leaders. The latest events appear first. Use Show more to load the next part of the history without reloading the page.
Reading Tables
Open Rating, select a server and a leaderboard. The table header shows its data state, collection time and freshness boundary. These timestamps belong to the selected table: different rankings may update at different times.
Up to 50 rows load at once. When the administrator permits a larger top, Load more appends the next rows. Existing participants remain in place and numbering continues. A new collection during browsing cannot mix pages; refresh the page to see the new ranking.
This example permits the top 100, but the server has 60 characters. After loading the second page, all 60 are visible and the continuation button disappears.
Table after loading the next page
If the next page cannot be retrieved, existing rows stay visible. Select Reload ranking to restart browsing. This can happen after access settings change or a long pause.
Continuation failure and table refresh
Alliances
This table combines the alliance name, leading clan, total level, reputation, member count, and PVP results.
Castles
Each castle shows its owner, clan leader, tax rate, next siege date, attackers, and defenders.
Clans
The main clan rating shows ranking points, level, reputation, leader, member count, and alliance membership.
Clan PVP
This table compares clan combat activity, holdings, reputation, and membership.
Clan halls
The section lists occupied clan halls, their locations, owners, and clan leaders.
EXP
Character progression includes the exact EXP value, level, class, clan, PVP, PK, playtime and current status. Large EXP values are displayed in full without rounding.
Heroes
The hero table shows characters, classes, clans, and win counts.
Current heroes
This tab contains the active hero roster and Olympiad points for the current period. Hero data availability depends on the game server build.
PK
The PK rating compares characters by kill count, level, class, clan, and playtime.
PVP
The PVP rating highlights the most active fighters and their movement since the previous snapshot.
Raid bosses
The table shows boss name, level, current state, and any additional data provided by the game server build.
General statistics
The summary contains permitted PVP and PK totals and counts of characters, clans, alliances and heroes. Gender and race distributions are available when character publication and the corresponding groups are enabled. In this example, character publication is disabled: PVP, PK and clan counts remain.
Classes in Rankings
This block shows the class, character count and percentage among the published tops. A character appearing in PvP, PK and EXP is counted once. The total is not the population of the entire server. All represented classes are listed.
An unspecified class is counted separately and included in the percentage denominator. Class information comes from the freshest available observation.
Incomplete or unavailable data
If some selected rankings have not arrived, the available distribution remains visible with a short notice. A temporary loading error does not turn into zero characters.
Rising Stars
The overview shows the first five entries per ranking. View all changes opens that ranking's full list. New entrants appear first; other entries are ordered by positions gained, then by current rank. New means that the character was not in the previous published top, not that their game account was just created.
The full page contains up to 50 rows and preserves exact scores. Next page opens the next part of the same list; Reload ranking returns to the beginning.
In the next example, one character returned to the published top while another moved up. The new-entrant label does not replace the measured number of positions gained.
If updates are delayed or data is unavailable, a short notice appears in the section.
No gains, or not enough observations yet
If two successful observations show no entrants or gains, the list is empty. When the previous observation is missing or failed, movement cannot be determined yet. That is different from a measured lack of gains.
Visibility and recovery
When character search is disabled, names remain readable but do not link to character profiles. Disabling rising players removes the section and rejects saved links. Class distribution also depends on character-statistics publication.
If settings change or a continuation expires, reload the list. An update failure never fabricates gains or new entrants.
Player Search
Open Rating -> Search and enter a character name. Part of the name finds every match, such as Aria, AriaDawn and AriaVale. Exact name selects one character. Matching is case-insensitive.
Every match shows its actual rank, score and position change, grouped by ranking. Snapshot time and state distinguish fresh observations from older ones. Rankings hidden by the administrator and positions outside the published top are not shown.
More Search Results
When many names match, Next page appears below the table. It continues that ranking with the same name and match mode, without renumbering ranks. All results returns to searching across available tables.
No matches does not mean that the character does not exist in the game: they may be outside the published top.
Character Profile
Select a name in the results. The profile starts with the character's current positions across available rankings, including exact scores, position changes and observation times.
One Ranking at a Time
Select a ranking and 7, 30 or 90 days, then press Apply. Best and worst rank, days in the top and days observed refer only to that ranking and period. PvP, PK and EXP are not combined.
History runs newest first. Earlier observations opens the next page; Latest observations returns to the beginning. The summary covers the whole period rather than just the displayed rows.
History States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In the top | An observed rank and score are available. |
| Outside the published top | Collection succeeded, but the character is outside the permitted rows. |
| Observation unavailable | That ranking could not be collected at that time. This does not confirm a lost position. |
Missing ranks and scores use a dash, not zero. Observation days use UTC and do not represent daily character logins.
If no observations exist for the selected period, history displays a separate empty state.
If a continuation page is no longer available, use Reload ranking in the message to restart from the first page with current settings.
Temporary unavailability does not become empty history or zero scores. Refresh after availability is restored.
Comparison
Open Ratings -> Compare, enter the full names of two different characters and select Compare. Matching ignores letter case but does not use partial names: Aria and AriaDawn remain different characters.
Each row shows both characters' positions and exact scores from the same observation of that rating. Its time and state appear on the right; different ratings can update at different times. Large EXP values appear in full. Position changes refer to the previous comparable observation, not to the other character.
Shared history
Below the current results, choose a rating and period, then select Apply. The summary shows each character's best and worst positions, days ranked and observed days side by side. Every metric belongs to the selected rating and period. Observed days use UTC and do not imply daily logins.
Each history row has one timestamp and both characters' results at that time. Outside the published top means the character is absent from the available rows, not that their score is zero. Observation unavailable means that the rating could not be collected at that time; it does not confirm a lost position.
Earlier observations and unavailable continuation
Earlier observations continues both histories together. The summary still covers the entire selected period. Latest observations returns to the beginning.
If a saved continuation is no longer available, select Refresh rankings in the message. This opens the first page with current settings; the old link does not reveal hidden data.
Result availability
Comparison only includes enabled ratings and the top size published by the administrator. A character outside that top keeps their name in the comparison without an invented position or score. This does not mean they are absent from the game. Renaming a character does not automatically join their old and new name histories.
Search and comparison have separate settings. Comparison still works when search is disabled, but the names no longer link to an individual character history. Disabling comparison itself also prevents opening a saved comparison link.
No observations, collection errors and temporary unavailability
A recently enabled rating may not have any observations yet. This has its own empty state and is not a loading error.
If the latest collection attempt failed, its state and time are shown. Older successful results are not presented as current; they remain in history.
If the report is temporarily unavailable, a refresh message appears. Wait for recovery and refresh the page. Missing data is not replaced by zero scores or a successful empty history.
Rating snapshot
Select Snapshot, choose a date and time in UTC, then open the tables. Each type shows the latest available observation at or before that moment. Its actual collection time appears above the table. Future or invalid dates are rejected.
All permitted tables and continuation controls work as in current rankings. Information disabled by the administrator does not reappear in an older snapshot.
Historical table after loading the next page
Rows continue the selected observation even when the current ranking has already changed.
Data States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current snapshot | Collected data remains fresh at the reading boundary or selected date. |
| Older snapshot | The last available rows remain visible, but have not been updated recently. This does not mean the server is offline. |
| No snapshot | No observation exists for that point in the available history. Results are not replaced with zeros. |
| Collection failed | The last attempt to refresh this table failed. Its attempt time is shown. |
| Ranking temporarily unavailable | The table cannot currently be loaded. Try refreshing later. |
A successful collection with no participants differs from a missing snapshot: it has a collection time and an empty-ranking message.
Temporary unavailability does not produce invented rows or zero values.
