Audiences
An audience stores the criteria used to find confirmed player addresses. Preview and CSV export use the same saved rules.
Criteria
| Field | Restriction |
|---|---|
| Project | Recipients and game accounts in one project |
| Game servers | Selected servers; no selection means every project server |
| Activity | Any, recent, inactive, or never signed in |
| Activity period | Day boundary for recent and inactive modes |
| Registered from/to | Inclusive master-account creation dates |
| Languages | Cabinet language |
| Regions | Country stored in the profile |
Only active master accounts with a non-empty confirmed email and a linked game account are included. A zero result is valid when no player matches.
All linked players
All ignores the last sign-in date and is suitable for a general confirmed-player campaign.
Recently active
Recently active includes accounts signed in after the selected day boundary.
Inactive
Inactive includes accounts that signed in before the boundary. Accounts with no sign-in are excluded.
Never signed in
Never signed in targets confirmed players without a first game sign-in. Combine it with registration dates for new-account campaigns.
Preview
Select Calculate after changing criteria. The panel performs the actual lookup and shows the total plus a sample of full confirmed addresses and regions.
An unavailable game server causes a calculation error instead of silently producing an incomplete audience. Save the audience only after reviewing the result.
Notes and descriptions
The audience description helps your project team understand its purpose. It supports emphasis, lists and links. Editing the description does not change the audience filters; the audience list shows a short plain-text preview.
