Exports
An export builds a CSV from saved audience criteria. Processing runs in the background so large audiences do not block the administrator page.
Create an export
- Select a saved audience.
- Select Create CSV.
- Wait for Ready.
- Download the file before its expiry time.
Each request snapshots the audience criteria. Editing the audience later does not modify an already requested export.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Accepted and waiting for a worker |
| Building | Recipients are being read and written |
| Ready | The CSV is available |
| Failed | A source or file operation failed |
| Expired | The retention period ended |
A failed or partially written file is never published. Correct the connection or criteria and request a new export.
The UTF-8 CSV contains master-account ID, full confirmed email, language, region, and registration time. It remains available for 24 hours. Recipient count and SHA-256 are stored with the result.
